New members are taught correct professional and business etiquette that translates directly to current recruitment and future career situations. BCI shows how to use best practices within business settings that members can apply going forward.

BCI teaches members how to properly and effectively conduct networking and outreach for those actively pursuing internship and full-time roles. BCI members consistently place into well-regarded positions in all areas of business.

New members are taught the fundamentals of finance and accounting by looking at real world examples. Members learn why and how these key concepts shape the way investors and companies make business decisions.

BCI new members are taught how to value and analyze different companies, industries, and trends using a variety of fundamental methods. Members learn how to make certain business and investment decisions, and the why behind them. Members apply these teachings in the end of semester pitch competitions.

New members compete against their peers with pitch decks highlighting individual company theses. This competition allows new members to gain hands on experience building, modeling, and presenting their ideas and valuation to a panel of experienced judges.

New members actively invest alongside current members with their own portfolio allocation. New members apply their learned investment principles with their own current market analysis to compete against other sectors inside the SAM Fund.
